A modern property, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It caters for up to eight guests.
To make the most of the views the living accommodation is on the first floor. The open plan living area provides comfortable seating and a wood burning stove. There is also a Large Flat Screen TV with Sky Q, & DVD player. Fibre broadband is provided and there is a selection of games and books relating to Skye, walking and general information on the island as well as some novels.
There is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and double electric oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A large deck area is accessed from this area and is provided with BBQ and an outside table and chairs.
The utility room on the ground floor contains a Washing Machine and separate Tumble Dryer.
There are 4 double bedrooms:
The master bedroom (located on the ground floor) has a 4 post bed and is en-suite with a walk-in shower.
There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor and the beds in these two rooms can be made up either as doubles or twin singles. A family bathroom with bath, WC, WHB and separate walk-in shower is also on the ground floor.
The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.
All bedrooms are tastefully decorated. Linen and towels are included.
Heat is provided by an air source heat pump which supplies underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first floor. Electricity is included in the price. The house comes with a first start supply of firewood for the wood burning stove. Bags of logs can be purchased locally.
There is parking outside for up to 4 cars.
